Due to the variation of projects each month our kit prices will change. However, you are guaranteed a kit with a price range between $20-39. Each month you will have a preview of the upcoming kit, at which point you will have the option of skipping that month's kit or do nothing and it will automatically be shipped to you! Local customers have the option to pick up their kit at the studio. Please choose the pick-up option & note this in the comments section when checking out. We will then arrange a mutually agreeable time to have your order picked up.
FAQ's
When will my subscription start, and when should I expect my first kit?
Your subscription will start immediately with that month’s kit, and will be mailed out within 2-3 business days. If the kit for that month is sold out, your subscription will start with the next month’s kit. If this is the case we will contact you.
When am I billed and when are the kits mailed out?
You will be billed on or about the 3rd of each month. Kits will be mailed out by the 10th of each month. You will receive an email with the upcoming kit details on the 1st of each month.
Why do your kits range in price? What type of kits should I expect to receive?
We will be making all sorts of wonderful project kits each month including layouts, mini albums, greeting cards & altered items! Due to the variation of projects each month our kit prices will change. However, you are guaranteed a kit with a price range between $20-39.
What if I don’t like the kit?
We are sure you are going to love our kits, however, we do realize that you may not love each and every kit. Therefore, you have the option to skip 1 kit during your 3 month subscription, 2 kits during your 6 month subscription, and 3 kits during your 12 month subscription. Your subscription is then extended by an additional month. Those on a month-to-month payment plan can skip up to 3 times within a calendar year. You will receive an email with the upcoming kit details on the 1st of each month, should you wish to skip that month's kit you must notify us on or before the 3rd of the month. Once a kit has been billed and shipped, it is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
We require one month notice on cancellations of all subscriptions. Cancellations before the 1st of the month will take effect that next month, no kit will be shipped. Cancellations after the 1st of the month will take effect the next month, your kit will be shipped and you will be billed for that month’s kit.

In January of 2010, we expanded our services to include a subscription-based kit program, which includes all types of projects including layouts, mini albums, greeting cards & altered items. These kits are based on our popular workshop programs which we have been running since May of 2008. We enjoy seeing our customers explore their creativity and are thrilled to offer this service to our out-of-town customers!
